                                            1. What payment methods does Chaotai accept?
                We currently only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the final settlement price is based on the PI (Proforma Invoice) at the time of confirmation.
                                                        
                            
                                            2. What is Chaotai’s delivery time?
                It typically takes 10–14 days to prepare one container.
                                                        
                            
                                            3. Does Chaotai have products in stock?
                Please contact our sales team to check availability. Since we are a factory and most colors are custom-made for each order, ready stock is limited.
                                                        
                            
                                            4. What trade terms does Chaotai support?
                We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms.
                                                        
                            
                                            5. Is Chaotai a factory or a trading company?
                We are a factory and one of the leading edge banding manufacturers in China. We have three large production bases in Hunan, Shandong, and Zhejiang, with our office located in Hangzhou. Our facilities cover over 88,000 square meters with more than 1,000 employees.

                We offer matches for brands like Kronospan, Egger, Cleaf, Kastamonu, Ultra, AGT, One World, Byspan, Starwood, Lamarty, PELIKANO, DURATEX, ARAUCO, HISPANO, PRIMADERA, MASSISA, REHAU, FINSA, TAFISA, DECOSPAN, and WILSONART.

                                            7. Can Chaotai provide samples?
                Yes, we can provide samples. However, due to cost control, we may not be able to offer free samples to all customers.
                                                        
                            
                                            8. What is the packaging like? Can I customize it?
                Our standard packaging is in yellow kraft paper cartons. Custom packaging with your logo is also available. Please contact our sales team for details.
